Dr Chris Lintott is best known as co-presenter of the BBC’s Sky at Night programme. Chris is also a researcher at the University of Oxford, specialising in galaxy formation and evolution. He is heavily involved in the development of citizen science, leading to him receiving the Kohn Award for Public Engagement from the Royal Society in 2011.
Chris will be giving a talk to the Flamsteed entitled “Is the Milky Way Special? A Close Look at our Own Galaxy”.
