Curator-led Visit to the Science Museum

We’ve arranged with Ali Boyle, Curator at the Science Museum, that she will meet a group of up to 40 Flamsteed members, from 1.45pm on Thursday January 21st, to show us the “Cosmos & Culture” exhibition which will close in the Spring. Curator Tour of ROG ‘Observatory Life’ – CANCELLED

The Airy Family relax together after a game of croquet, about 1868. During the heavy rain-storms of the last two weeks the Flamsteed House apartments have suffered significant water damage from roof leaks. Two of the rooms have been closed for repairs. That means only two (i.e. half) of the rooms are now accessible to visitors with more than half of the new exhibits temporarily off display.
